PROJECT SUMMARY

At Uber, I leveraged a propensity model that predicted when drivers were likely to refer and saw signups increase by 16% and first trips by 42% in top markets. After this, I led the rollout of a new automation that continued to generate signups and trips. This experiment was another way our team was able to show value in CRM marketing.

As the app was new to drivers, we needed to show them how to refer. I created a simple gif that our creative team touched up that quickly illustrated the process and made itself a great compliment to these in-app notifications.
