PROJECT SUMMARY

After rolling out an incentive to new drivers that guaranteed their earnings for completing a certain number of trips, we decided to test the incentive on churned drivers.

I focused this email, in-app, and SMS campaign on markets with the most pressing supply needs and ones where we had seen good success with guarantees. In its first iteration, the campaign generated a 1.4% lift in return trips and 5.9% lift in supply hours.
